About Us

Services

Roman Marketing AI provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, website design and hosting, local SEO, review generation systems, Google Business Profile management, social media management and AI marketing automation. All services are provided as described in individual service agreements or proposals agreed with each client.

Payment Terms

All services are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to roman.r@romanmarketingai.com. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All website designs, creative work and materials produced by Roman Marketing AI remain the intellectual property of Roman Marketing AI until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, intellectual property transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and any required access or assets needed to deliver services. Roman Marketing AI is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.

Limitation of Liability

Roman Marketing AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the fees paid in the preceding month.

Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results are not guaranteed. Roman Marketing AI will use reasonable skill and care to deliver agreed services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes including rankings, leads or revenue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
