Approach
Built a fully branded review generation page matching Dauphine's luxury aesthetic - deep black background, gold accents and warm cream typography.
Implemented a 5-star rating flow: clients who select 4 or 5 stars are routed to Google, Facebook and Trustpilot review pages simultaneously.
Clients who select 1-3 stars are shown a private feedback form routed directly to Christelle at the clinic via Formspree - intercepting dissatisfaction before it reaches public platforms.
Added confirmation messaging tailored to each outcome, reinforcing the premium and personal feel of the brand.
Deployed to a dedicated subdomain for easy sharing post-appointment via SMS, email or QR code.
Outcome
