Problem
Dr Qainaat's clinic, based within a dental practice in Acocks Green, was running on a four-page Wix site. All of her treatments and prices sat on a single long page, her contact details and pricing weren't fully set up, and nothing on the site reflected her credentials as a practising GP with specialist skin training. She had two clear client groups in mind, women looking for non-surgical lifting and women starting to invest in their skin, and one clear message: results come from a course, not a single session. The old site wasn't built to deliver either.
Approach
We rebuilt the site from the ground up in a warm, cream and beige palette, written in Dr Qainaat's own voice. The homepage splits into two pathways, one for each of her ideal clients. Her signature Focus Dual treatment, combining HIFU and RF microneedling, has its own dedicated page and three treatment courses, presented first so clients see the recommended route before single sessions. Every treatment has its own page, from dermal fillers and Profhilo to chemical peels and prescription skincare, plus a dedicated page for acne, rosacea and pigmentation, where her dermatology training sets her apart. All prices come from a single source, so the treatment pages, price list and packages always match. Behind the scenes, the site is built for local search, keeps every page address from her old site so nothing she already ranked for was lost, and replies to new enquiries by text within seconds.
Outcome
Renew Aesthetics now has a professional, doctor-led website that puts her credentials up front, leads with the courses she wants to sell, and gives clients a clear route from browsing to booking. It gives the clinic a proper foundation to rank for aesthetics and skin treatments across south Birmingham.
